These classes are for mums who want to remain active during their pregnancy, and want to do more than just prenatal yoga and pilates.

We combine specially adapted strength and resistance training suitable for each trimester of pregnancy.

You'll benefit from a stronger core and pelvic floor, which will help greatly with labour and help with their postpartum recovery.

Plus, you'll tone your arms, butt and legs. 

All my prenatal classes are limited to a maximum of 4 mums to ensure you get as much quality coaching as possible.
