Are you looking for an exercise method that improves your core strength, increases your flexibility, and builds your proprioception and body awareness? Do you want something low impact, but also super effective at helping you to become strong and lean? Maybe you should try a Pilates class.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you’re always welcome at our Stanley Pilates studio. We offer scheduled Pilates classes, which are always limited to a maximum of five students. And we also offer private Pilates classes for those looking for more specific guidance.

WHAT MAKES OUR PILATES CLASSES SO SPECIAL?

Pilates Studio on Southside of Hong Kong Island

We start with the fundamental principles and foundations of Pilates to give you a balanced and effective workout. Our specific and personal cues will help you focus on improving your posture, alignment and form. 

We deliberately focus on small class sizes and private sessions to give you more attention, and to allow for modifications based on your body type and experience. 

We offer various types of classes based on how you feel and what your body and mind need. Pilates can be calming, with a slow focus on breath and mobility. We can also work on energetic flows that get you sweating, toned and your muscles fired up. 

TESS

Tess leads classes that are geared around personalised postural assessments as well as clients goals, whether that be toning and strengthening, correcting pain and postural imbalances, or simply finding time in your day to move and enjoy it.

Orginally from Australia, Tess started her personal Pilates practice to remedy chronic back pain, recurring injuries and to correct poor posture after beginning a desk job for the first time.
