Don't worry. I've been there before. As a high performance athlete and trainer, I know how you feel. And I know how strength and mobility techniques can help fix you. With the right drills and routines we can undo the stiffness and tightness that comes from hard training. And we can address aches and pains from long days spent sitting at a desk, a bike seat, a canoe or dragon boat.

NIALL
I'm a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, a registered yoga teacher and national level athlete. I'm a huge advocate of active mobility exercises to offset the toll placed on the body by sports, as well as our sedentary lifestyles when we are not training or competing. I will create a custom mobility protocol to help you realise your full athletic potential by addressing problem areas in your body that limit your range of motion.
