I've competed at a national level, and I understand how to incorporate yoga and mobility into your athletic training program

I run a quiet and private boutique studio in Stanley perfect for intimate private and semi-private sessions

I practice Hatha yoga, but also love to host fun sessions like dog yoga, and SUP yoga too!
