I’ve worked with women at all stages through their lives. From women trying to conceive, to new mothers, to women going through and post-menopause. I understand how your natural cycle and unique physiology affect your physical training.

I will guide you carefully through each workout, track your progress and hold you accountable to your fitness goals.

I will create well balanced training programs tailored to your body, which balance cardio, strength training, mobility and breathwork. Get stronger, fitter, but also more mobile and healthier overall.



I hope that my personal training can help other women lead healthy and active lives. I love working with female clients. I think they really benefit from a coach who understands their body type. And I also love working with beginners, because it makes my day when my clients get stronger, fitter and more confident in their bodies.
