These classes are for new mums who want to restore strength and function to their pelvic floor, and return to their pre-baby activities and sports.
We use carefully designed weights and recovery exercises to rebuild muscles and strength in a safe and progressive manner.
Please note this class is recommended for mums who are at least eight weeks postpartum, or for those who are just returning to exercise for the first time as a new mum. All participants should be cleared by their doctor or midwife prior to starting their postnatal fitness journey.
