At Aqua Terra, we are just steps away from the sea.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is a great exercise for people who want to cross-train, build core strength, improve their coordination and balance, and get outside. We are ASI qualified Stand Up Paddle (SUP) instructors, meaning that we have the training and skills to keep you safe on the water and teach you the right technique.

We conduct both SUP classes and SUP yoga lessons out of our studio in sunny Stanley Bay- just a short trip from the city.

Our SUP and SUP yoga classes are perfect for beginners wanting to learn more, corporate outings, family outings, bachelor(ette) parties and more!

WHY SUP WITH US?

We have plenty of experience coaching on the water. Between us, we are a swimming instructor, certified lifeguard, competitive rower and national paddler, and Academy of Surfing Instructor SUP & SUP yoga coaches

We normally limit our group classes to 4 people max, so you'll have a great time on your board even if you are an absolute beginner

But, we can also accomodate larger groups (e.g. corporate outings) if you need us to!

Our studio is conveniently located a short trip from the city. Perfect for a quick getaway.
